RiteSail does not itself operate charter yachts, take bookings, or process payments -- every booking happens directly with the charter company or platform you're referred to.

We are not a party to any booking contract between you and a charter company -- that contract, and its terms (cancellation policy, deposit, insurance requirements, etc.), is between you and the operator.
